| Last night around 11 I was heading home in the Z. I was in the right lane, and there was a car in the left lane a little bit in front of me. I was cruising at probably 30-35 mph, when all of a sudden the car swirvs into my lane. I jumped on my brakes to try and avoid the car because he was close enough to the point where he would have hit me, however it was about 15 degree's outside and the tires didn't grip. The brakes locked up and I was sent into a curb, and a wooden sign/post. After I hit, I was just in shock, but I was able to force the car off the road into a parking lot, which was tough seeing as the wheel and tire were seperated, and suspension was pretty banged up. I had the car towed last night to a local shop so it would be safe. I'm still in shock with what happend. The worst part is the driver of the other car didn't even stop. I suspect he was either drunk, or just flat out not paying attention. It looks like it will be a fairly easy fix. A few suspension parts, fascia, fender, etc. I'm going to have the car on a lift later today so I can further inspect the damage and figure out what exactly needs to be replaced, then I will be sourcing parts. It could have been much worse, but I still hate seeing my Z this way, it hurts.
